To provide students with more living choices beyond our on-campus residences, Taylor’s Residence offers selected off-campus accommodation options that deliver comfort, safety, and convenience, all within close proximity to Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus.

Waterfront Residence

In partnership with Sunway House, Taylor’s Residence offers Waterfront Residence, located just 3.3 km from the Lakeside Campus.
This off-campus extension provides a safe and comfortable living environment with communal spaces for study and relaxation. A shuttle bus service (RM1.50 per trip) is available, offering students easy access to and from campus.

Balcony Studio @ Sunway Resort Hotel

Taylor’s Residence has also partnered with Sunway Resort Hotel to offer the Balcony Studio @ Resort Suite, located 3.2 km from the Lakeside Campus.
Designed for students seeking privacy and convenience, it provides hotel-standard living within walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Mall, supermarkets, and a wide range of F&B outlets — perfect for independent student living.
