Centralized Master Water Filtration System Installed at Taylor's Residence & Syopz Mall

Good news! 😊
We’ve installed a Centralized Master Water Filtration System at Taylor's Residence and Syopz Mall to make everyday water use cleaner, gentler, and more comfortable for you.
Why this matters
Even though treated water meets safety standards, it can still pick up rust, sand and tiny sediments as it travels through underground pipes. Over time, this may affect water clarity and can be harsh on your skin during daily use.
How this benefits you
With this new system in place, you can expect:
- Cleaner and clearer tap water
- Gentler water for skin and cleaning
- Less staining on sinks, taps and fixtures
- Better water quality for washing, food preparation and daily use
A quick note on drinking water
This system improves water quality for daily use, but it does not make tap water suitable for direct drinking. For drinking water, please continue using the certified water dispensers available around your apartment and common areas.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing ESG and sustainability efforts, helping to improve water efficiency and protect building plumbing systems.
