We would like to announce that effective 12 November 2022, our existing Autopay parking system will be upgraded to the Touch ’N Go cashless system for visitors parking.

For season parking customers, a new access control system will also be introduced. As such we would need to replace your existing season pass card with a new card and this will take effect from 12 November 2022.

Please call our customer service office to collect your pass card from 8 November 2022 onwards and kindly ensure to return the old pass cards by 30 November 2022.
We seek your kind understanding and patience for any potential inconvenience during this upgrading period.

1) Who shall I contact on the cashless system issue?

2) Where is this cashless system located?
Entrance and Exit of the basement car park and Zone J open car park adjacent to Syopz Mall
3) What is the rate per hour of parking?
RM3.00 per entry a day and grace period within the 1st 15 minutes (inclusive of SST & Touch n Go charges)
4) Where is the customer service office located and what are the operating hours?
Basement car park at LG1 (lower) and the operating hours are as below:
  1. 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Mon – Fri)
  2. 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (Sat)
  3. Sun & PH are closed
  4. 24 hours Helpline Remote Assistance Customer Care Centre
5) How is the cashless payment to be made?
All payments are to be made at the exit lanes by way of
  1. Touch N Go
  2. Visa PayWave
  3. My Debit system (other E- payment platforms will be advised later)
6) I have insufficient balance in my Touch N Go. Can I still access the parking?
Yes, you can access the parking with zero balance. However, to exit the parking the card needs to be topped up.
7) Where can I top-up my Touch 'n Go card in Syopz Mall?

8) Is there any grace period before I start being charged?
Yes, there is a 15-minute grace period with no charges

Replacement of Season Parking Pass Card:

10) Can I still use the current season parking pass card for the new cashless system?
No, a new season pass card will be issued from 8 November 2022 and the card can be collected from our Customer Service office located at LG1 (lower) during office hours
11) Can I use the new season pass card to access the basement parking effective 8 November 2022?
No, you would need to continue using the old season pass card as the new season pass card will only be activated for use from 12 November 2022 onwards. The new season pass card will be in replacement for the old pass card and as such, no deposit will be imposed. The old pass card will be terminated from 12 November 2022 onwards and it must be returned to the Customer Service office before 1 December 2022
12) How do I access the parking without a season pass card?
“Season Parkers” who have not obtained a replacement pass card, can use their existing Touch N Go card and proceed to our Customer Service office to collect their new pass card
13) Can I access the car park without season pass cards?
Yes, you can access the car park as casual parking with a Touch N Go card and a parking fee will be charged as per rates enforced above on item 3
